All Dana Antonia jewelry is made by hand and the quality of craftsmanship is guaranteed. Because each item is handmade, there will be slight variations from piece to piece. All sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. In the case of an issue with quality, you have up to three days upon receipt of your item(s) to contact us with your concern. Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange at any time. We will not be responsible for general wear or improper care of your jewelry. For tips on how to care for your jewelry, please click HERE. Exchanges or returns will not be offered for custom pieces. We are not responsible for replacing pieces that are lost or stolen.


Sizing can be done at your local jewelry store, or you can contact me to receive a plastic ring sizer. For online purchases, incorrect sizing cannot result in a return or exchange in many cases and many pieces cannot be resized due to the stone involved. Exceptions may be made depending on the piece in question, and will be done for a fee. The fee will vary depending on the piece in question.
 

If something were to happen to your piece while in your hands, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will recommend options, or accept a repair order based on the situation. Repair fees will apply and will vary from piece to piece depending on labor and material fees involved. Many pieces cannot be repaired (without being remade) - treat your jewelry with extreme care.  

Dana Antonia reserves the right to refuse repairs, returns, or exchanges for any reason. We will always treat you and any issue you may have with respect and do everything we can to make it right.


All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. $50 insurance is included with the base shipping option. We offer optional insurance for the full value of your parcel. Insuring your package is up to you but is always recommended. A signature upon delivery may also be added, and while it is up to you it is recommended to make sure the package ends up in the right hands. We cannot be held responsible for any packages once they have been given to USPS and you have received tracking information. You assume the responsibility for the shipment at the time the information is provided. We highly recommend selecting a delivery address that the customer trusts. You may add expedited shipping or insurance by emailing us within 24 hours of your order. Additional shipping fees will apply.
